Return Policy
Returns
You must notify us in writing via email and return your items within 3 working days upon receiving the items.
Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased, as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a full set.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at our Company’s address, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.

Exchanges
It is free to exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability. Shipping charges is on us when we ship out your exchanged item. Customers will have to cover the cost of return of merchandize for exchanges. If you are not based in Singapore, you will need to pay for duties and taxes. We are only able to offer size exchanges, subjected to availability. In the event that your required size is not available, a refund will be made within 30 days.

Refund
In the event that the item for exchange is not available, we will proceed to refund the full value of your order, including shipping cost, within 30 days of receiving your return shipment. Refund will be made via customer’s original payment method used. Please note that custom taxes at your destination country will not be refunded.
